This is it! We’ve just wrapped up the last regatta of the Polish Sailing League extra class 2023 season, and what a ride it’s been. 

Despite fewer races than anticipated, our team made significant gains in skill and strategy. The wind was unpredictable, constantly shifting in direction and intensity, which kept us on our toes. Due to these challenging conditions, the judges decided to exclude gennakers from most of the races, and the wind was so strong that it cut the number of races we could complete. 

While tough conditions made it difficult to stick to the plan, they also pushed us to adapt and grow—a key part of what we’re always striving for.  

In the end, we finished in the middle of the pack, but we leave knowing exactly where we need to improve. Next year, we’ll come back stronger and more prepared. 

For now, it’s time for a well-deserved break before we start gearing up for 2024!
