The Nautica 450 class regatta during the LOTOS Nord CUP Gdańsk regatta was completed in the middle of the race – in 7th place out of 14 competing teams.
The conditions were very demanding and the level of the N450 fleet was even. The experience in driving the yacht by chasers in this class for years, which we still lack as a new crew, turned out to be key.
To be among the TOP 5 there was sometimes a lack of teaming up, peace on board and consistency in making tactical decisions on the route. Nevertheless, there were many good races, many interesting situations and lots of action, especially on the second and third day of the regatta, when the wind reached 25 knots!
