HRM Racing is proud to announce the official opening of recruitment for our brand-new youth team, set to take the helm of the ultra-fast GC32 catamaran!

We are looking for young, talented sailors from all over Poland (U20 category) who stand out with strong character, a passion for speed, and a true hunger for victory. If you are not afraid of a challenge and want to help shape the future of Polish multihull sailing, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Who Are We Looking For?

The GC32 is a demanding machine that leaves no room for error. We expect our candidates to possess not only solid sailing skills but, above all:

• Team Spirit: On a foiling catamaran, lightning-fast communication is the key to success and safety. We are looking for true team players.
• A Cool Head: You must love speed and maintain absolute focus the moment the boat literally “takes off” from the water’s surface.
• Physical Fitness: Operating such an advanced craft requires agility, dynamics, and strength.

1. Experience: How many years have you been sailing? In which boat classes do you have the most experience?
2. Achievements: What are your most significant sporting achievements?
3. Stats & Fitness: How old are you? (Reminder: we are looking for individuals under 20 years old). How much do you weigh? If you have recent fitness test results, be sure to share them!
4. Added Value: What technical or extra skills can you bring to our base and the team? We are interested in anything that supports the team’s operations: knowledge of mechanics, composites, logistics, or even social media management. Every “superpower” is highly valuable to us.
