The beginnings

He has been sailing since the age of 9. He made his first sailing steps on Lake Klukom in Choszczno, in his hometown. His adventure with sailing clubs started in MKS Choszczno, under Piotr Soroko and Waldemar Murski’s wings.

Career

In the years 1984-1993 he participated in regatta on dinghy boats (in Optimist, Cadet, Ok Dinghy classes). In 1999-2004 he was a member of Team Bols Sport and Bols Super Maxi. In 2004-2008 he belonged to the Duży Ptak Team, and for the next 5 years (2008-2013) to the Moonraker Sailing Team. He founded the HRM Racing Team on April 18, 2015, and then in August of the same year he established the HRM Racing Foundation, which supports young talents in the development of their sailing career. Willingness to develop the sailing culture in Poland led him into joining the Star Sailors’ League Development Council, of which he is an active member.
